Display and circulate our opening times in three languages.

Be open more than 300 days / year, including Saturdays and Sundays in the tourist period or during special events.

Respond to your enquiries all year round.

Provide a welcome service with staff practising at least two foreign languages.

Provide paper versions of tourist maps, town plans and tourist guides.

Provide access to our trilingual web site.

Circulate tourist information on paper, translated into at least two foreign languages, regarding:

• all graded tourist accommodation with at least the name of the establishment, its postal address, its email, its web site, telephone numbers, and grade.

• monuments and cultural, natural or leisure tourist sites which can show the prices, opening times and periods, web site and telephone numbers and postal address.

• events and activities.

• emergency telephone numbers.

Update our tourist information annually.

Display emergency telephone numbers on the exterior.

Present all the tourist services and products for the area we cover, for all our types of customer.

Process your complaints and measure your level of satisfaction.

Follow a quality approach.

Make a holiday consultant available to you.

Guarantee the reliability and pertinence of the information about the local tourist services.
